After getting x-rays done, the hygienist explained that it was simply a hole worn into the tooth by me grinding. I knew I had ground my teeth previously and that I had a pit in some spots, but no dentist or hygienist had ever connected those dots until this visit! My cleaning went great. We’re going to watch it to see if it becomes a cavity and in the meantime I’m working to reduce stress per dentist’s orders. Great office!” -Zachary M.
