Financial Information

At Belmont Dental Group, we believe in transparent communication regarding financial obligations to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for our patients. Prior to any treatment, we will provide you with a clear breakdown of the costs involved, including details about insurance coverage, copayments, and any out-of-pocket expenses. For larger treatments, we are committed to working with you to explore payment options or financing plans if needed, to help make your dental care more manageable. Our aim is to prioritize your oral health while ensuring transparency and understanding regarding the financial aspect of your treatment journey.

Dental Insurance

We are pleased to offer assistance with insurance claims submission to most carriers, facilitating a seamless process for our patients. To ensure clarity on your coverage, we recommend consulting with your human resource department or a dental insurance patient service representative, who can provide you with comprehensive details and limitations specific to your plan.

It’s essential to note that dental insurance typically imposes an annual limit on coverage, ranging between $500 and $5000, irrespective of your dental requirements and based on the plan you or your employer has chosen. Providing accurate and up-to-date insurance information is crucial to ensure all claims are accurately submitted, maximizing your benefits.

During your visit, you will be required to cover any anticipated balance after your insurance benefits have been applied. However, in instances where the insurance company disburses less than expected, denies the claim, or issues payment directly to you, you may become responsible for the full charges of the dental service received. It’s important to understand that treatment cost estimates are based on the guidelines provided by each insurance company and may vary depending on the specifics of your plan.
