Treatment Plans / Financial Estimates 

We are committed to providing the highest quality dental care. Our fees are based on what is usual and customary for excellent dental care in the Boston area. We strive to provide an accurate estimate of the cost of your care,  what your insurance may cover and what your estimated patient portion  will be. We  provide this estimate  in writing, before treatment begins, so you can make informed decisions about  your recommended treatment.

Dental Insurance

We will submit to all insurance carriers and will be happy to submit your claim to your insurance carrier directly. Please review your benefits with your  human resource department or your dental insurance patient service representative who  will provide you with all the details and limitations of your particular  plan .

Unlike medical insurance , dental insurance has a yearly limit on how much will be covered regardless of your dental needs ( typically between $500 and $2500 per year) based on the particular plan you or your employer purchased.  It is important to provide accurate , updated insurance information to make sure we submit all    your claims to maximize your benefits.  On the day of service , you will only be asked to pay for the anticipated balance after your insurance benefits are utilized.   Should your insurance company pay less than expected , deny the claim or pay you directly, you  will be  responsible for the full charges of your dental service.  Please understand depending on what particular plan you or your employer purchased we are only able to provide an estimate based on the guidelines provided to us by each insurance company.  

Payment Arrangements

Payment is expected on the day of service and for your convenience, we accept cash, check, Mastercard,Visa, Discover and American Express. In addition , we  offer a 5% courtesy if  paying by cash or check on the day of service.  For an extended payment  option, with prior approval , we also offer 3 or 6 month interest  free financing to qualified applicants through Care Credit , a health care line of credit .
